Job Description
- Attend and participate in scrum ceremonies
- Participate in schema and data modeling design sessions
- Implement clean code and adhere to coding best practices and standards
- Bench test and provide test coverage for implemented code
- Perform code reviews
- Maintain and support current implementations of on-going applications and products
- Follow required change and configuration management processes
- Research and resolve production issues utilizing critical and logical thinking
- Perform and support application deployments on lower and production environments as needed
Qualifications
General requirements:
- Upper-Intermediate level of English level
- Likely having 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to obtain deep knowledge of the project technologies and work independently with minimum guidance
- Ability to self-learn and adapt to new technologies quickly
- Familiar with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban)
Technical requirements:
- Proficient in Python, Python data processing
- Strong experience in Python frameworks such as Django/ Flask/ FastAPI, etc.,
- Strong experience in working with SQL and database design; PostgreSQL experience preferred
- Experience in Web application/SaaS development
Nice to have/plus:
- Experience with HTML/ CSS/ SCSS/ JavaScript/ Bootstrap and one of the following JavaScript frameworks: ReactJS, Angular,...
- Experience with Microservices
- Experience with NoSQL
- Experience with OWASP security best practices
- Linux/Unix experience is preferred
