Veriday is seeking a skilled SeniorReact Developer to join our team for a full-time position. The React Developer will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our Liferay Portal sites to ensure that the solutions we provide are fully functional and responsive. This is a hybrid/remote role, requiring the candidate to be based in Cochin and give support to some of our esteemed clients in the North American region.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform hands-on design, development, and support activities for Liferay portal sites with a focus on feature-rich design, usability and site performance
- Deliver solutions based on requirements and schedule
- Establish and execute traceable unit and integration testing
- Provide estimates for work effort on assigned projects
- Understand and apply industry practices, architectural standards and department policies and procedures relating to work assignments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience delivering extranet/customer-facing solutions from start to finish
- At least 5+ years of experience developing and implementing enterprise-level React applications
- Experience utilizing Web services, Service/System Integrations
- Strong Web UI development skills (i.e. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React)
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements
- Experience with code management tools, automated build setup, and deployment procedures
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
