The Opportunity
We are actively seeking ambitious and experienced BDR ready to dive into the mid-market segment and drive our mission forward. Ideal candidates are looking to fast-track their career towards management or Account Executive roles within the next year.
This role will involve leveraging strategic prospecting methods through platforms such as HubSpot and LinkedIn SalesNavigator to secure significant six-figure deals, selling software or services to mid-market businesses.

Cool Things You'll Do

  • Develop accounts within the mid-market segment (100-1000 employees)
  • Drive large six-figure deals by selling software or services
  • Master the art of prospecting using HubSpot, LinkedIn SalesNavigator, & the rest of our tech stack

What You Bring To The Table

  • 12+ months of BDR experience in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, specifically targeting mid-market/enterprise accounts
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and prospecting techniques
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, LinkedIn SalesNavigator, and extensive phone use
  • Ambition to transition into management or an AE role within 12 months
  • You enjoy using insights and data-driven decisions in the sales process
  • Proactive drive to innovate and create effective solutions
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A passion for both opportunity generation and sales with a strong emphasis on data and data management
  • Strong communication, analytic, and listening skills, with a positive approach
