Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering polished, in depth product demos to prospects
  • Leading product evaluations, demonstrating attainment of success criteria for prospects
  • Working cross functionally, with engineering to influence product roadmap, features, and reporting bugs
  • Use deep product knowledge, and general tech understanding, to be consultative and devise solutions to customer problems
  • Be able to explain complex data analytics and AI topics to laypeople
  • Empower prospect employees to champion and advocate for our solution

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in an enterprise environment with Sales Engineering, Consulting, or other technical customer-facing roles
  • Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and web app fundamentals
  • Strong business acumen, and polished presentation skills, with an aptitude for explaining complex technical concepts to laypeople
  • Experience with data analytics tools and methodologies
  • Basic Familiarity with ML and AI concepts
  • Eager to learn, try new things, and take calculated risks
  • Data-driven, a process-oriented individual who can point to ways you’ve upleveled the product/process and people in your professional experience past
  • Desire to work in a dynamic startup where your input is desired to help craft our offerings and how we interact with clients
