About the Role:

Unbounce has a great opportunity for a Senior Sales Operations Specialist as part of our Revenue Operations Team. As a strategic partner to leaders in Sales, CS, Marketing and Finance, you will be focused on our Self-Serve and Assisted customer audience and be responsible for the data, tooling and processes related to all things acquisition and retention for sales - Self-Serve and Assisted customers, including: new logo sales, partnerships, renewals, and expansion sales.

In partnership with the rest of the Rev Ops team, this role is responsible for organizational insight into the performance and efficiency of our Self-Serve and Assisted sales and retention teams. As a builder, you’ll deliver lean, scalable systems for executing and measuring sales processes and performance. As an analyst, we’ll depend on you to identify emerging trends and measure impacts to the business.

As a senior member of our team, you lead by example through exceptional project management, stakeholder collaboration, and supporting GTM leadership through strategic planning and initiatives.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Maintain Sales and CSM tools (especially Salesforce, but also Outreach, Dooly, Google Analytics, Tableau, Madkudu, and more) including setup and implementation, user management, technical troubleshooting, integrations, data and reporting
  • Design, build, and maintain the sales and renewals processes in Salesforce, including tracking, reporting, automations, workflows, and internal/external SLAs
  • Collaborate with GTM leadership on forecasting, planning, pricing, and quota and compensation models, and align processes and reporting with stakeholders in Finance. This includes defining and reporting on progress against the KPI’s needed to manage a healthy SaaS sales function
  • Deliver analyses and performance summaries on a regular cadence, keeping the organization informed on progress and making data-informed recommendations
  • Provide relevant training and enablement to sales and CS end users on processes and tooling
  • Enable stakeholders in Sales and CS with self-serve resources whenever possible, such as: reporting and dashboarding, list segmentation, and pipeline forecasts
  • Maintain data flows and hygiene across various systems (eg. warehouse, CRM, Segment.io). In collaboration with the rest of Rev Ops and Data, we own the critical plumbing of the business
  • Create and maintain reporting that supports sales and retention initiatives. Provide ad hoc analysis and recommendations on performance and initiatives

A little bit about you:

  • You have a theoretical and practical understanding of B2B sales and retention concepts and - most importantly - how to execute and measure them
  • You’re a systems thinker and data nerd - you understand how data, tools, and business objectives intersect, and you love being the one to put it all together. You have a keen eye for detail.
  • You have exceptional communication skills and are a delight to work with. You can thrive in a hybrid remote workplace
  • Proficient with data analysis, forecasting, workforce planning, and modeling
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales ops role or equivalent. Startup or SaaS experience preferred
  • 5+ years experience as a Salesforce Admin, including reporting, list segmentation, field management, and integrations. Admin certification is a major asset
  • Familiarity with marketing software and lead gen systems, and how they integrate with and impact the sales stack
  • Intermediate skills with Google Sheets or Excel (e.g. vlookup, index/match, pivot-tables, etc.)

  • $85,613 - $95,000
