Job Description

GT was founded in 2019 by a former Apple, Nest, and Google executive. GT’s mission is to connect the world’s best talent with product careers offered by high-growth companies in the UK, USA, Canada, Germany, and the Netherlands.

On behalf of Vodori, GT is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer interested in project work with 10-20 hours of involvement weekly.

About Vodori:

Vodori is an innovative disruptor providing software solutions to the life sciences industry with a primary focus on commercial sales and marketing processes. They have an existing portfolio of products — Pepper Flow, Pepper Insight, Pepper Folio, and an underlying Platform product - with a strong existing client base like some of the members of Fortune 500 Pharmaceuticals Companies.

The solutions ensure that effective compliant selling processes are followed by sales and marketing teams when dealing with healthcare practitioners and ensure that relevant content is available in a flexible, secure, validated, and cost-effective manner by teams globally. An existing competitor is well established in this sector in the life sciences industry (Veeva), but Vodori is well-positioned to disrupt its position of market dominance by offering cost-effective and flexible solutions to the small and medium players in the industry and over time competing for the major Big pharma companies business as well.

About the Role:

They are seeking a Salesforce Developer to join their team and work on a managed package within the Salesforce CRM. This package, called VDO content library, integrates with Salesforce's latest Lightning platform and aims to provide sales reps with easy access to approved sales collateral and content.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure the VDO content library managed package to work seamlessly within Salesforce's mobile app

  • Collaborate with our Chicago-based team to understand project requirements and make design decisions

  • Assist in small projects throughout the year for ongoing enhancements and updates

  • Ensure the integration of approved content into the sales team's workflow is smooth and efficient

  • Communicate regularly with the team to provide updates on progress and discuss any challenges

Essential knowledge, skills & experience:

  • 6-8 years of experience in Salesforce development, particularly with Salesforce Lightning and their mobile app

  • Proficiency in JavaScript and/or Java

  • Experience working with managed packages in Salesforce CRM

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce's architecture and development best practices
