What you'll do

  • You will report to Executive Director to contribute toward development of the Ascendon delivery group.
  • Determine and implement Agile practices for teams, drawing from various techniques such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, SAFe, etc.
  • Partners with Leadership to establish a vision and align with Enterprise Portfolio Priorities.
  • Leads Agile ceremonies, identifies and escalates impediments, tracks, measures, and reports team progress.
  • Leads Daily Stand Up, Sprint Design, Demo, Retrospectives, Release Planning, and Scrum of Scrums.

You should have

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, related field, or equivalent experience with over 10 years of experience in Software Development.
  • Minimum 5-7 years practical experience with large Scrum/Kanban Teams, Projects and Programs. Demonstrated experience with enterprise-wide projects/programs, stakeholder management and program communications.
  • Experience in a relevant Platform/Operations Environment
  • Demonstrates expert experience level of Kanban task board, WIP limits, and forecasting.
  • Demonstrated experience with Lean, Six Sigma and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) concepts
  • Delivers effective Agile training, coaching and mentoring on Agile practices across the enterprise when needed Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
