The role:

To help achieve our mission we are looking for a Senior Service Engagement Manager, to drive and support the success of our NHS contracts at Oviva and grow our number of active patients. This role will lead strategic initiatives to elevate service engagement, drive referrals, and optimise contract performance. This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record of exceeding targets and a focus on stakeholder relationships.

You will work closely with:

  • Account Management

  • Partnerships Team

  • Clinical Delivery Management

  • GP’s and Health Care Professionals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Referral Management:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to boost referral numbers and associated revenue.

    • Plan and execute impactful referrer face to face events to strengthen relationships and achieve business outcomes.

  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to enhance service awareness and integration in the region.

    • Proactively identify opportunities with stakeholders to drive self-referrals and promote the service.

  • Contract Performance Optimisation:
    • Formulate and execute robust contract action plans to surpass referral targets and enhance performance.

    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for optimal service delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Event Management and Promotion:
    • Lead the creation of compelling content for face to face engagement events and webinars.

    • Coordinate, book, and promote events, engaging with referrers to maximise impact.

    • Represent Oviva at local and national events

  • Brand and Programme Awareness:
    • Oversee distribution of communications across channels to enhance brand and programme awareness.

    • Strategically position the service through targeted communications to diverse stakeholders.

Requirements

Essential:

  • Proven experience in a senior service engagement role with a track record of delivering against, or exceeding, specified targets.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

  • An eye for detail, and excellent data interpretation and analysis skills.

  • Adept at proactively identifying solutions to challenging issues.

  • In-depth understanding of contract management and performance optimisation.

  • A willingness to travel within the region

    Desirable:
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing complex projects and teams
    Education & Qualifications
  • 5 GCSE’s grade 4-9- must include English, Maths
  • Hold a full driving licence
