We are hiring a Senior Software Development Manager to work on a pivotal Federal program that is making a positive impact on millions of Americans' daily lives.

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing design recommendations based on long-term IT organization strategy
  • Developing enterprise level application and custom integration solutions including major enhancements and interfaces, functions and features
  • Providing expertise regarding the integration of applications across the business
  • Determining specifications, then planning, designing, and developing the most complex and business critical software solutions, utilizing appropriate software engineering processes
  • Developing programming and development standards and procedures as well as programming architectures for code reuse
  • Researching and maintaining knowledge in emerging technologies and possible application to the business
  • Building partnerships to drive change in the government space

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years experience with the technical customization and implementation of a Case management system such as IBM Case Manager (ICM) software product or complimentary case management products
  • 3+ years experience with Agile software development lifecycle
  • Understanding of the attributes and processes of current application development methodologies
  • Experience mentoring and growing fellow engineers
  • Experience working as a federal government contractor preferred
  • Experience as the technical lead on a large federal government program preferred

Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen and able to work domestically
  • Must be able to attain low-level security clearance

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Compensation:

At Oddball, it’s important each employee is compensated competitively and fairly. In alignment with state legal requirements. A range for the included position is listed below. Be advised, actual offer details are determined by job category, job location, and candidate skill level.

United States Wage Range: $125,000 – $190,000
