Job Description

Lone Wolf is looking to hire a Software Engineer skilled with constructing web applications using React.js and PHP. You will serve as a member of our development team supporting the delivery of new and existing web apps for the real estate industry. Your work will focus on developing products for our users that are simple, intuitive to use, easy to maintain, responsive, and performing. You will play a central role in the software development life cycle to improve the end-to-end experience and shape the vision of our innovative products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and support APIs in PHP, and contribute to front-end modules that leverage those APIs
  • Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules
  • Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
  • Integration of data storage solutions (may include databases, key-value stores, blob stores, etc.)
  • Identify and implement solutions to problems our customers face

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4+ years of experience with the PHP Language.
  • Knowledge of object-oriented PHP programming
  • Understanding accessibility and security compliance
  • Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
  • User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
  • Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
  • Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
  • Familiarity with SQL databases
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
  • Prior experience with at least one major IaaS and/or PaaS technology – Azure or AWS
  • Identify and solve technical challenges with the development team.
  • Frontend experience with React.js or Angular.
