What You’ll Do:- Help us use our data in a real time manner to answer our business critical questions in a proactive manner
- Get an inventory of outstanding questions and data needs of the business
- Define the metrics that would address these questions
- Design dashboards and monitor results to answer key business questions
- Monitor trends and surface leading indicators
- 3+ years of experience
- Understanding business needs and defining KPIs: Candidate should be able to understand the context of the business needs and learning objectives and define KPIs to provide insight against these
- Data Visualization: Candidate should be able to translate the data into visualizations that make it digestible for partners and highlights the most important insights
- Experience compiling data from a number of sources and streamlining into a single final format
- Experience using SQL to extract data from large datasets
