Job Description

We’re TheyDo, a fully remote B2B SaaS organisation. Founded in 2019, we are the leading journey management platform, on a mission to make the customer journey the most powerful business tool there is.

In March 2024 we announced our latest funding round worth $34 million. Combined with our Series A raise in 2022 it takes our total investment to just under $50 million. Our angel investors include executives from Intercom, Miro, OpenAI, Amplitude, Slack, Airtable and more.

We support and partner with renowned enterprise organizations such as Cisco, Ford, Johnson & Johnson, Home Depot and Polestar, helping them manage their complex journeys and optimize them for efficient growth, removing the need for constant transformation.

We kicked off 2024 with a global team of 65 TheyDoers, representing over 30 nationalities across 20 countries.

This is just the beginning. Join our exciting journey as we scale to over 100 by the end of this year!

We’re expanding our People team!

Are you an experienced Talent Partner who would like to take the lead in scaling an incredibly successful SaaS start-up?

We’re searching for a Senior Talent Partner to lead our GTM and Business functions hiring, collaborating closely with our Founders, VPs, and the wider People team, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of TheyDo.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the end-to-end hiring process for roles within GTM - across our SDR, AE, CSM, Partnerships, Marketing and Leadership teams respectively

  • Own the end-to-end hiring process for roles across Business functions - this includes Business Operations, Customer Enablement and People Teams

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to craft compelling role descriptions, assess candidates effectively (building out interview scorecards), and streamline the interview process, ensuring seamless alignment with our business goals

  • Provide our candidates with an exceptional experience on their applicant journey, regardless of the outcome

  • Consistently source exceptional talent using a variety of methods such as (but not limited to) LinkedIn, specialist sourcing tools, talent pooling, and events

  • Use data to analyse, present back and act on themes related to hiring

  • Become a super user of our applicant tracking system (ATS) Ashby, coaching others on best practice usage and promoting a well documented and robust hiring process

  • Help build our employer brand, using social media and events to highlight TheyDo as a great place to work (our employees love working here)

  • Research and document trends in the market based on primary and secondary learnings related to compensation and benefits, ensuring we’re market competitive

  • Nurture our valued culture, promoting collaboration, learning, and thriving

  • Partner with our Talent Team Lead as needed on a variety of talent related initiatives: talent operations, sourcing, diverse hiring, referral programs and/or talent related projects

What You Won’t Do

  • Manage your candidates manually! We use Ashby (ATS) to help you automate and work more efficiently

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum six years experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, ideally spanning both agency and in-house. In-house experience is a must

  • At least two years experience required operating at a Senior TP level

  • Extensive experience in scaling GTM functions (sales/marketing) is essential.

  • Experience scaling Business Operations, Customer Service, People team etc. is a bonus

  • Experience successfully scaling a hyper growth SaaS organisation, with learnings to share from it

  • Extensive experience hiring across multiple countries in Europe. Experience hiring in North America is a bonus

  • Exceptional sourcing skills, with proven experience and a passion for attracting exceptional passive talent using a variety of methods

  • A great storyteller who can understand our mission/purpose and can convey this to our candidates

  • An analytical mindset, comfortable using data and qualitative learnings to tell a story

  • Excellent admin and organisation skills, with the ability to work smart rather than hard

  • A naturally driven individual who thrives on autonomy, being organised and is comfortable with some ambiguity given we’re a start-up

  • Strong and authentic communicator, with a high attention for detail (diligence)

  • Emotional intelligence, empathy, and a natural desire to problem solve

  • Digitally savvy: confident using Google Sheets/Slides, Notion, and HRIS systems

  • Coachable: you see 360 degree feedback as a gift (positive/constructive) and act on it
