About you
All Cyrex projects are agile, fast-paced but quality-driven, and rarely with teams over 4/5 people. In this context, you will manage (on average) 2 to 3 projects simultaneously. Withing the bigger scope of software development and security, our involvement in projects can vary significantly from project to project, as will the language stack.
As the Technical Project Manager, you'll be expected to have functional oversight of the sprint, the scrum, and roadmap of your projects. This includes good communications with the developers, testers and the product's PO, setting priorities as well as be responsible for safeguarding the general quality of the project.
You are expected to navigate between projects, clients and teams seamlessly. You will need to understand the different needs and bottlenecks each context can bring, flag these ahead of time and strive to maintain your team(s) performant and above all, our clients very happy.

Requirements
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a Scrum Master/PM position, or are an experienced Developer with new ambitions
- You have at least 5 years of experience managing project-based teams in a fast-paced environment
- You have a convincing portfolio in agile & scrum projects
- You have a high-level technical background and can participate in technical conversations
- You know how to motivate and manage people
- You can manage expectations with various stakeholders
- You are not afraid to make tough decisions, even if this goes against the grain
- You are a problem solver and hardly ever stress out
- You are a natural communicator, both written and verbally and are fluent in English
- You are self-organized as you will be responsible for running your own projects
