This fully remote 3 Month Contract role is within Fanatics Betting & Gaming division and must be located in the US either in the Central or Eastern time zone. In this role, you will provide technical sourcing support for the Tech Organization focusing primarily on software engineering roles based in the US, Canada and Dublin Ireland. In this role you will be responsible for pipelining engineering candidates to our open roles, engaging with hiring managers and our staff recruiters to understand the requirements for each role and be responsible for unique sourcing strategies that can engage hard to find passive candidates.
Responsibilities
- Creating sourcing strategies that reach mid to senior level engineering candidates who have relevant FTE experience in corporate or start up environments
- Partner with hiring managers and staff recruiters to understand position specifications
- Utilize automated selection tools as well as LinkedIn, Indeed and other sourcing tools
- Networking - pursue & develop relationships with potential candidates and key industry executives
- Develop and maintain future contact files for passive talent engagement
- Manage job postings and advertisements for requisitions you are sourcing for
- Track and report on sourcing and pipeline metrics
Skills & requirements:
- 5 + years experience of full life cycle recruitment or sourcing experience sourcing FTE Engineers required
- Experience working within a Startup or a highly ambiguous fast paced work environment required
- Must be able to independently manage priorities & multi-task
- Excellent oral communication, written communication, and presentation skills
- Systems - intermediate skills in G-Suite including Google Docs and Google Meet a must as well as Demonstrated experience with recruiting tools and systems such as Oracle or another ATS systems required
- Internet savvy with experience in recruiting using Internet sources
- Experience in Betting & Gaming a plus
- Experience with Oracle ATS a plus
