    SEO Analyst (Seasonal)

    Work Setup: Remote

    Contract Type: Full Time

    Target Start: ASAP

    Schedule:8AM- 5PM PST

    Equipment provision: BYOD (Bring your own device)

    Job Summary:The SEO Analyst will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve online visibility and drive organic traffic.

    What does a day in the life of an SEO Analyst look like?

    • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic

    • Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities and optimize content

    • Implement on-page SEO best practices, including optimizing meta tags, headers, URLs, and content

    • Perform technical SEO audits and recommend solutions to improve website performance, crawlability, and indexing

    • Collaborate with the content team to create and optimize high-quality, SEO-friendly content

    • Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority and search engine rankings

    • Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools

    • Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities in the market

    • Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry best practices

    • Adhere to company policies and procedures

    • Meet or exceed performance targets for related KPIs

    • Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and processes by participating in training programs and continuous learning modules

    • Collaborate with other departments as needed

    • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all times

    • Perform other duties as assigned

    What are the required qualifications of an SEO Analyst?

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field or equivalent work experience

    • At least 1 year of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related role

    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets

    • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.

    • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors

    • 3+ months Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
