As a Server Engineer you will report to and partner with the Senior Manager over Global Server Operations and be a part of a fast-paced, results-driven, multi-national team. In this role, you will provide administrative support for the Company’s server environment.

So, what will you be doing as a Server Engineer?

  • Configuration and maintenance of Windows and Linux server environments
  • Provide server administration support to the application development team
  • Plan, perform and implement upgrades of server hardware and OS
  • Troubleshooting server performance issues
  • Server patching during scheduled maintenance
  • Support and maintain infrastructure applications
  • Manage assigned tickets and escalate issues as necessary
  • Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Information Systems
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in a systems administrator role
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt and respond positively to challenges in a fast-paced environment

Things we consider a plus:

  • Familiarity with Azure and VMWare
  • Veeam backup and restore experience
