What are you going to do?

Occupy a unique position in the market they are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Engineer experienced with CMDB.

• You will work closely with our CMDB architect and process owners to translate the business requirements into technical stories that are aligned with the platform capabilities and best practices

What will help you succeed:

• 5+ years of overall ServiceNow experience.
• 4+ years of ServiceNow CMDB/Discovery experience with strong understanding of CSDM 4.0 and asset management processes.
• Extensive experience with Discovery Patterns, identification and reconciliation engine (IRE) rules, configuration item and service life cycle, and auxiliary data sources integrations.
• Experience tracking CMDB health metrics and working towards achieving CMDB health KPIs.
• Experience in modeling relationships for Business Capabilities, Information Objects, Business Applications, and Application Services.
• Experience translating feature requests, technical specifications, and high level requirements into specific solutions and tasks and the ability to re-engineer business processes.
