Responsibilities
You will have the opportunity to…
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
- After the requirements are gathered, will be providing a demo to stakeholders.
- Develop custom applications, workflows, and scripts using ServiceNow technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, UI Actions).
- Configure ServiceNow modules (T Service Management (ITSM), CMDB, and platform.
- Conceptualize, execute, and document clear, high-quality, and reusable code.
- Participate in application review, testing, and quality control activities.
- mentor a team of ServiceNow developers, providing technical guidance and support. (for Senior)
Qualifications
Minimum Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5yrs+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- 5yrs+ years of experience with ITSM (modules in ServiceNow), CMDB , and overall platform administration knowledge.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Nice to have:
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified System Administrator).
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of SDLC and ITIL best practices.
- Culture of learning as updating knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and ecosystem is essential.
- Knowledge of Agile.
