SFI is searching for an experienced SharePoint Developer with a robust Power Platform and SPFx background, demonstrating expertise in crafting SharePoint and Power Platform applications while utilizing modern front-end development technologies. The candidate must be proficient in converting SharePoint Designer workflows to Power Automate workflows and InfoPath forms to Power Apps applications. Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform is a must. The ideal candidate must excel in communication, enabling effective interaction with customers and possess strong self-prioritization skills. Moreover, the role involves collaborating with stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and translating them into efficient solutions utilizing Power Platform, M365, SharePoint, SPFx, OneDrive, and Teams
Primary Responsibilities: The SharePoint Developer responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
- Responsible for customizing SharePoint sites, creating web parts using SPFx, and integrating SharePoint with other systems to meet the evolving needs.
- Implement security and access controls within the Power Platform and SharePoint to ensure data protection and compliance.
- Stay up to date with the latest features and updates in the Power Platform, M365, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and related technologies, evaluating their potential application within the organization.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mock-ups to demonstrate UI concepts and gather feedback.
- Develop PowerApps custom components, themes, and styles to ensure consistent branding and visual coherence across applications.
- Design and develop custom applications and workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate, integrating seamlessly with SharePoint.
- Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI, integrating data from SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and other sources.
- Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to drive adoption and ensure successful implementation of Power Platform. M365, SharePoint and Teams solutions.
- BS or BA in CS, CIS, EE, Math, or equivalent technical studies
- 8+ years of experience and a Bachelors degree required. Commensurate education for experience.
- 4+ years of experience in Power Platform development.
- In-depth hands-on experience in building Canvas and Model Driven applications and Power Automate workflows, with integration capabilities with SharePoint.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, site customization, document management, and collaboration features.
- Expertise in creating visually appealing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI, integrating data from SharePoint and other sources.
- Knowledge of SharePoint security and permission management, metadata management, and content types.
- In-depth knowledge of SharePoint customization, web parts, modern pages, forms, workflows, lists, and libraries.
- Strong understanding of the different licensing/subscription options for M365 and Power Platform.
- Familiarity with Microsoft technologies and platforms such as Teams, Dynamics 365, and Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, present solutions, and provide training and support.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 deployments and SharePoint migrations to Office 365.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Hands-on development experience with SharePoint on-premises 2016 and development tools including Visual Studio, JavaScript, CSS, .NET, HTML, JQuery, and Power Platform.
- Experience in SSOM, JSOM, CSOM, REST API, SPServices, Master Pages, Layouts, Visual Web Part, PowerShell and SPFx (SharePoint Framework).
- Knowledge of SQL and SQL reporting services.
- Establish and help maintain end-user access policy and permissions.
- Create, plan, and execute end-user SharePoint training sessions for staff.
- Microsoft SharePoint Certification.
