As an SMB Sales Director at Maven, you will:

  • Drive and achieve sales goals, including management of the entire end-to-end sales process
  • Develop and maintain a network of relationships with key stakeholders in healthcare: brokers, benefits admin. platforms, exchanges, etc.
  • Position Maven’s value proposition effectively based on a solid understanding of the competitive landscape, technology, and individual buyer needs
  • Highly motivated, self-starting, and results-oriented

We’re looking for you to bring:
  • Successful track record and 100%+ quota attainment for past 2+ years
  • 4+ years experience in a high growth sales environment, ideally selling to HR/Benefits
  • Experience leading complex sales
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills; including detailed management of deals in Salesforce and coordination of follow-up to prospects
  • Ability to travel within territory
  • Growth mindset that thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment

Helpful experiences and skills (if you don’t have them, you can learn them with us!):

  • A network of relationships with key stakeholders in healthcare: brokers, benefits admin. platforms, exchanges, etc.
  • Passion for documenting and contributing new ideas and feedback from market to product
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a start-up environment

The base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 per year. You will also be entitled to earn commission, and receive stock options, and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.
