Role
We're looking for an experienced Social Marketing Executive who can spearhead our social media initiatives and enhance our online presence in the web3 landscape. Responsibilities include developing 4-week social content plans with a degen mindset, crafting cross-platform content across Reddit, Discord, Twitter, Telegram, and Instagram, managing community engagement and mods on Telegram and Discord, staying updated on industry trends, and creating marketing reports on findings and weekly performance.
Key responsibilities
- Create engaging crypto content to excite the degens.
- Creating and publishing content on social media platforms such as Twitter, Telegram, Discord, and Reddit.
- Developing social media strategies and executing campaigns to drive engagement and growth.
- Monitoring social media channels and engaging with our community members.
- Providing customer support to our community members and addressing their concerns.
- Conducting market research to identify new social media trends and opportunities.
- Analysing social media metrics and providing reports on performance.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to align social media and content strategies.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in social media management, community management, or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Gleam etc.
- Knowledge of social media trends and best practices
