We are currently seeking a talented and creative Social Media Growth Marketer to join our team. As a Growth Marketer, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing social media campaigns that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads for our clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling and engaging copy for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Your ability to write persuasive and impactful copy will help our clients effectively communicate their brand message and connect with their target audience.

Responsibilities

  • Create compelling and persuasive copy for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Tikok, X, and LinkedIn
  • Develop and implement social media content strategies that align with our clients' marketing goals and target audience
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure visually appealing and cohesive social media campaigns
  • Monitor social media performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports and insights to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and platform updates
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and engagement
  • Optimize social media content for search engines and increase organic visibility

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt writing style for different social media platforms
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
  • Creativity and ability to generate innovative ideas for engaging social media campaigns
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills
