Job Title: Growth Marketer
Working Schedule: Overlapping US hours
Type of Contract: Independent Contractor

About the Role:
In this strategic role, you will lead the charge in developing and executing data-driven growth marketing initiatives. You'll be responsible for the entire customer lifecycle, focusing on acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue (AARRR model). You'll leverage a variety of digital marketing channels to attract new users, convert them into engaged users, and ultimately drive sustainable business growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across various digital channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing).
  • Oversee A/B testing and experimentation to identify the most effective marketing strategies.
  • Analyze marketing data and identify key metrics to track progress and measure ROI.
  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for improving campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, Design) to ensure seamless user experience throughout the customer journey.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Manage and mentor a team of growth marketing specialists (if applicable).
  • Report on marketing performance to senior management

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in growth marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful growth marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of the AARRR model and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Expertise in digital marketing channels and analytics tools.
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing solutions.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • A collaborative and results-oriented work style.
