About the job

We are seeking a skilled and driven Social Media Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of our companies' social media presence, with a strong focus on Instagram and Facebook. The ideal candidate will have full responsibility for developing content strategies, executing social media campaigns, collaborating with internal designers, or sourcing talent to create images and texts. The candidate must be able to take full ownership of everything related to our social media presence.


  • Develop Social Media Strategies:

    • Create comprehensive social media strategies that align with business goals for each company within the group.

    • Conduct market research to identify best practices and emerging trends in social media, with a particular focus on Instagram and Facebook.

  • Content Creation and Curation:

    • Collaborate with internal team designers or find and manage external talent to produce compelling visuals and narratives.

    • Develop and curate engaging, high-quality content, including graphics, videos, blogs, and other multimedia for various social media platforms, especially Instagram and Facebook.

    • Oversee the entire content creation process, ensuring high standards and consistency.

  • Content Calendar and Posting:

    • Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and timely sharing of content on Instagram and Facebook.

    • Schedule and post content across all social media channels, with an emphasis on these two platforms.

  • Engagement and Community Management:

    • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on Instagram and Facebook in a timely and professional manner.

    • Foster a sense of community and engagement by interacting with followers and creating interactive content.

  • Analytics and Reporting:

    • Use social media analytics tools to track performance, measure KPIs, and analyze the effectiveness of social media campaigns on Instagram and Facebook.

    • Generate regular reports detailing key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

  • Collaboration and Resource Management:

    • Take full responsibility for all aspects of social media presence, ensuring seamless execution and high engagement.

  • Continuous Improvement:

    • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media management, particularly for Instagram and Facebook.

    • Continuously improve social media strategies and processes based on feedback and data analysis.


  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple social media accounts, with a strong focus on Instagram and Facebook.

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and scheduling software.

  • Creative thinking with the ability to produce innovative content ideas.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Full portfolio or record of managing successful Instagram and Facebook accounts.

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field is preferred.


Able operates within the CET (Central European Time) time zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.

Interview Process
