Social Media Manager

As a Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a strong online presence for our games while engaging with our players. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that resonate with global audiences.

You will...

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance Carry1st’s games social following, brand awareness, engagement, and word of mouth
• Own the creation and execution of content calendars for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with marketing goals, best practices, and audience preferences for consistent, high-quality content delivery
• Create, monitor and analyze social media performance metrics across Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter & more
• Monitor trends, conversations, and user feedback to identify opportunities for engagement and improvement
• Collaborate with the growth lead to strategize, execute, and optimize social media campaigns aligned with game growth KPIs, driving player engagement, retention, and acquisition

Requirements

What makes you a great candidate?

• 4+ years of experience in social media marketing, mobile gaming experience is a plus
• Strong creative and editorial skills with a player-first approach
• Experience with social analytics across channels and ability to summarize data into insights
• Self-driven and accountable with a high degree of ownership
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
