Role
Our client is looking for a Social Media Manager to help manage and grow their online presence across the defense, military, and aerospace sectors.
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow social media channels across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and Facebook
Create short-form content
Build and maintain CRM databases from followers, prospects, partners, and engaged audiences for marketing and outreach campaigns
Support email marketing, and direct marketing initiatives connected to social media activity
Track content performance, audience growth, engagement, and campaign effectiveness
Conduct outreach to influencers, media pages, communities, and potential collaboration partners
Requirements:
Experience managing social media accounts for a brand, publication, startup, agency, or industry organization
Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
Ability to create short-form videos, reels, graphics, clips, and social posts using AI and editing tools, such as Adobe Premiere, Adobe Express, Canva and CapCut
Experience managing CRMs and project management tools
Strong English communication skills (C1/C2)
Strong judgment, professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively in a sensitive industry
