What you'll be doing
This role requires expertise in architecting, back-end development, and front-end development.
As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for guiding the technical direction of the project, leading a small team of developers, and ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions.
Lead the technical architecture and design discussions, providing guidance and best practices to the development team.
Develop and maintain robust back-end solutions using Typescript, MySQL, and AWS (Amazon Web Services).
Oversee the development of our small manager front-end application.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and quality assurance to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance our products.
What we look for
Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with expertise in Node.js, AWS Services, SQL.
Strong understanding of software engineering principles.
Prior experience in a leadership or tech lead role, demonstrating the ability to guide and mentor a small team.
Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Experience with cloud computing platforms, particularly AWS.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards challenges.
Attention to Detail: Thorough and meticulous approach to tasks.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Prior experience with serverless architectures.
Knowledge of containerization technologies
Familiarity with front-end frameworks/libraries such as Angular.
