If you excel in developing, deploying, and maintaining smart contracts, and are driven to optimize DeFi solutions, this role is designed for you. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, deploy, and maintain smart contracts on Solana using Rust and the Anchor framework.
- Enhance transaction throughput and minimize costs through Solana rollups.
- Ensure compatibility and performance of smart contracts with the Solana Virtual Machine (SVM).
- Collaborate with product teams to design and implement features that leverage Solana’s capabilities.
- Optimize existing DeFi protocols for improved efficiency and user experience.
- Contribute to the security architecture of our projects, maintaining robustness against potential attacks.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers within the team.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven experience in blockchain technology, particularly with Solana.
- Proficiency in Rust programming and familiarity with the Anchor framework.
- Strong understanding of blockchain principles and DeFi platforms.
- Experience with Solana rollups and Solana Virtual Machine (SVM).
- Demonstrable ability to produce high-quality, well-tested code.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to work under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills and proficiency in collaborating within a team.
