We are seeking an equally passionate Partner Onboarding Coordinator who is responsible for supporting PosiGen's partner network. This role is focused on ensuring a smooth partner approval and onboarding experience, keeping a multi-step process organized and delivering a consistent experience for prospective partners. It requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain relationships with internal PosiGen teams across the business.

Essential Job Functions

  • Work cross functionally with Legal, Sales, and Partner Support to ensure the onboarding process for new channel partners is running smoothly
  • Maintain internal reporting related to the status of prospective partners, ensuring statuses are always accurate up to date
  • Diligently follow up with all internal parties as needed
  • Support process refinement of PosiGen’s channel partner onboarding process
  • Communicate status of accounts in flight, highlighting blockers, dependencies, and items outside of SLA
  • Identify process improvement opportunities; make recommendations, drive alignment from stakeholders, and implement change

Competencies

  • Very detail oriented, organized, and diligent in follow up
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and Salesforce.com (SFDC), and process flow diagrams (Visio, LucidChart, etc)
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Ability to adapt quickly as things change
  • Knowledgeable in solar market trends and industry practices a strong plus

Education/Experience

  • A bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, management, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in continual process improvement and change management
  • Demonstrated commitment to financial inclusion, social justice, and/or access to clean energy
