Role #: Solution Engineer
Ideal Candidate: Past experience selling Work Management solutions to Utilities. AI is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Support sales organization by demonstrating value of the suite of solutions
Participate in forums, conferences, and online webinars to represent as a subject matter expert
Work collaboratively with Product teams and Service Delivery to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and revenue growth with existing customers as well as carry market requirements to product team for product portfolio expansion
Work with clients to help define projected ROI and post subscription to gather actual benefits
Requirements:
Skills and Requirements needed to perform in this role are:
At least 3-5 years' experience successfully selling EAM/Work management solutions-based technology and service offerings to large enterprise
Ability to analyze, assess and address prospects needs in the enterprise, while clearly articulating the value of products and services
Demonstrated successful selling in a consultative/team environment
Experience selling in a remote capacity, utilizing screen share/video technology to articulate the value proposition and solution offerings
Experience selling SaaS solutions/products a plus
Utilities experience is a plus
Work management and asset experience a plus
