About the Role:

The Sr. Manager, Legal Operations will build core legal operations systems to help facilitate Galileo’s rapid scaling across existing and new markets. The ideal candidate will be experienced with contract management, contract negotiation, compliance work plan design and execution, project management, special projects, and have a talent for distilling complex ideas into scalable, easy-to-understand frameworks.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Maintain and develop systems and tools to enhance the Legal Department’s operations, efficiency, and responsiveness
  • Manage and prioritize incoming requests for Legal
  • Review, draft, and negotiate routine contracts, including NDAs, vendor contracts, and employer sales contracts
  • Drive Contracts Lifecycle Management tool design and administration
  • Collaborate closely with other Legal team members to develop regulatory/compliance resources and assist with basic legal research
  • Corporate governance projects, including entity management and state filings
  • Assist with internal communications on legal and regulatory issues

About You:

We would love to hear from you if you have the following or equivalent experience:

  • You have 5+ years’ experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating NDAs, vendor contracts, and sales contracts
  • You have 2+ years of experience with compliance work plan design and execution
  • You have a knowledge of healthcare privacy compliance and/or Healthcare Privacy Compliance Certification
  • You have extensive knowledge of Contracts Lifecycle Management and related tools
  • You have a talent for distilling complex ideas into easy to understand frameworks
  • You’re a proactive problem-solver, working with a sense of urgency, responsiveness and easily managing multiple priorities without things falling through the cracks.
  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills

Compensation Range: $135,000-$150,000
