What You'll Do:
- Manage and mentor a high-performing Marketing Operations team, providing guidance, coaching, and skill development.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation on processes, configurations, and workflows to support operations, MarTech stack, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Establish and optimize marketing processes, workflows, and systems to improve efficiency and scalability across marketing and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Ensure all marketing activities, data handling, and communication practices comply with relevant data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
- Lead evaluations and implementations of new technologies, ensuring they align with the company’s business objectives and marketing goals.
- Act as the key marketing operations liaison in cross-functional projects, advocating for the team’s priorities while supporting broader business initiatives.
- Develop project plans, set milestones, and coordinate resources to achieve project goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build and maintain a MarTech roadmap and act as a strategic liaison between Marketing and IT, consolidating requests and aligning priorities.
- Oversee the marketing tech stack, ensuring tools, contract resources, and systems are effectively integrated and utilized.
- Troubleshoot and QA data issues, campaigns, workflows, and other key Marketing Operations functions.
- Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales Development, and Marketing on campaign strategy, targeting, optimization, and execution to achieve business objectives.
- Partner with a cross-functional team to optimize lead scoring, routing, nurturing, and segmentation strategy that maximizes lead quality and conversion rates.
- Lead the administration, configuration, optimization, and database health of our marketing automation platform and other top-of-funnel MarTech tools.
- Manage a team responsible for producing multi-channel marketing automation programs across the customer journey.
What You Should Have:
- 12+ years in Marketing Operations within fast-paced, high-growth environments, with 2-3 years of team leadership experience and a strong record in team development and mentorship.
- Expert-level proficiency with Marketo and Salesforce, including database management, campaign setup, lead scoring, and audience segmentation.
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS marketing, demand generation, and lead lifecycle management, including experience implementing and optimizing lead scoring, email deliverability, and landing pages.
- Proven ability to manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including email, web, and social media.
- Practical experience with HTML, Google Analytics, and webinar tool integrations (e.g., Zoom, On24) within marketing workflows.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines effectively in cross-functional, high-demand settings.
