We’re looking for a Senior Web UI/UX Designer to help us deliver on new pages across our web experience. We’re launching a series of new pages to drive engagement, conversions, and a consistent brand experience. This role calls for a designer who’s both strategic and detail-oriented—someone who can translate brand guidelines and marketing objectives into clear, intuitive, and visually compelling user journeys. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—product marketing, growth, web strategy, and content—to ensure each page is thoughtfully designed, user-friendly, and primed for testing and iteration.
This is a contingent role, estimated to last 3 months, with the exact classification to be determined based on the scope of work and applicable legal standards. If you have a knack for responsive web design, accessibility, and modern best practices, and can balance visual appeal with initiative goals, we’d love for you to join us in this short-term, high-impact role.
What You'll Do:
- User-Centric Design: Translate user needs, marketing goals, and business objectives into engaging, conversion-focused web pages that are visually appealing and easy to navigate.
- Responsive & Accessible Experiences: Implement best practices in responsive design and accessibility standards, ensuring a consistent and inclusive experience across all devices and platforms.
- Figma Proficiency: Use Figma to create detailed wireframes and high-fidelity mocks that clearly communicate design intentions.
- Collaborative Partnership: Work cross-functionally with product marketing, growth, content, web strategy, and brand teams to align on objectives, gather feedback, and iterate on designs.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Assist in setting up and refining A/B tests and user feedback loops, collaborating with growth teams to validate assumptions and fine-tune designs based on data.
- Brand & Visual Consistency: Ensure all pages adhere to established brand guidelines, while thoughtfully integrating initiative-specific visual elements and messaging.
- Attention to Detail & Production: Deliver production-ready assets to engineering teams, ensuring quality control throughout the implementation process.
- Design Thinking & Trends: Current on modern web design trends, patterns, and usability techniques, applying them to improve user experiences and inform recommendations.
What You Should Have:
- Experience:
- Proven experience in creating customer-focused web experiences that balance user needs with business goals.
- Familiarity with A/B testing processes and collaborative iteration alongside product marketing and growth partners.
- Technical & Creative Skills:
- Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and final asset delivery.
- Strong eye for detail, ensuring the final designs are aligned with brand and initiative goals.
- Understanding of best practices in responsive design, accessibility standards, usability approaches, and conversion-focused design strategies.
- Collaboration & Adaptability:
- Confident leading conversations on design best practices while managing multiple page launches and timelines
- Strong communication skills to present design concepts, rationale, and iterate based on feedback efficiently.
- Ability to blend strategic thinking with hands-on production to meet project milestones
You'll enjoy this role if:
- You like having the freedom to shape brand-new pages and see your designs make a real difference.
- You thrive in a supportive, collaborative team that values creativity, open feedback, and new ideas.
- You’re interested in experimenting with A/B testing, learning, and leaving a positive mark on audiences through web experiences.
- You want to have some fun along the way.
