What You’ll Be Doing (aka your Superpowers)
- Running the full-cycle recruitment game – from sourcing to offer stage – for exempt and non- exempt roles across the board: sales, ops, marketing, tech…you name it, you’ll recruit for it!
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers (you’ll be their go-to talent advisor) to understand their hiring needs and guide them through the process.
- Sourcing like a ninja, using every tool in the toolbox to hunt down top talent (LinkedIn, ATS, social media, referrals, creative strategies – you know the drill).
- Owning the candidate experience – from the first “hello” to the signed offer, you’ll keep them engaged and excited about joining our crew.
- Flexing your global muscles – you'll work on roles in different time zones, keeping local laws and cultures in mind as you build out global teams.
- Constantly thinking of ways to level up our recruitment game – we want your fresh ideas and out-of-the-box thinking!
- Sharing recruitment metrics and insights with the team to help us hit our hiring targets. Data is your friend!
What You Bring to the Table
- 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience – you’ve seen it all and are ready for more! Add in bachelors or equivalent work experience…
- Global recruiting experience – you’ve navigated different markets and know how to tailor your approach.
- A relationship-building superstar – candidates, hiring managers, and peers trust you, and you communicate like a pro.
- You’re agile and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
- Experience with an ATS and recruitment tools is a given – you know how to work smarter, not harder.
