Deazy is a UK platform/marketplace that connects companies that need software development with development agencies around the world. They get the client, define the project and then assign it to an agency like Somnio to execute it. Basically they are an intermediary between the end client and us.
How the model works
Deazy bills the end client at their own rate (in this case they are talking about EUR 47/h, although it still needs to be confirmed if that is the rate to the client or what they pay the provider). We bill Deazy at a lower rate, and the difference is their margin.
That is why the introductory rate we are offering them is USD 45/h - USD 40/h - designed so that Deazy has comfortable margin and prioritizes us and opens the account
If the relationship works, Deazy can assign us projects on a recurring basis without us having to go out and get them. It is an indirect sales channel, they bring the client, we deliver.
