Position Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Recruiter to join our US team. In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, working closely with hiring managers to identify top talent and fill critical positions across various departments. You will play a key role in shaping the candidate experience and driving our talent acquisition strategy to support our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies tailored to each role.
  • Source and engage passive candidates through creative methods such as social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Assist in creating and improving talent acquisition strategies to enhance the quality of hires and the recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve recruiting efforts.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proven ability to source and recruit candidates for a wide range of roles, from entry-level to senior positions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience using Greenhouse and modernloop (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
  • Knowledge of US labor laws and hiring practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize in a dynamic work environment.
  • A proactive, problem-solving approach with strong organizational skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in technical recruiting, ideally in the Real Time Analytics space.
  • Experience with employer branding and building talent pipelines.
