Description
We are seeking an experienced, sales-oriented and high-performing Strategic Account Director to expand our key customer accounts in North America.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving customer growth essential to meeting our revenue targets, while building and strengthening relationships with our most valued enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage and expand a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts by building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
- Drive key account growth by optimizing value and proactively identifying opportunities for product adoption, renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver solutions and ensure client needs are met.
- Attain a comprehensive understanding of key clients' needs and requirements, and develop tailored solutions to achieve their objectives.
- Develop and implement account-specific strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Successfully meet and exceed sales targets.
*This is a fully remote, IC role based in San Francisco
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B SaaS Strategic Sales and Account Management experience
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth with key, enterprise customer accounts and meeting sales goals
- Strong ability to manage and nurture client relationships, while influencing across all organizational levels.
- In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry
- Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to follow-through on client contracts
