Job Overview
Salary Range: $90K - $110K
The Healthcare SAM works directly with the Director of Strategic Accounts to ensure that strategic accounts are successful.
The ideal candidate will live within 30 minutes to 1 hour of an airport, with the ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
As a Healthcare Strategic Account Manager, the following duties and responsibilities will be a part of this opportunity, but are not limited to them:
- Act as senior point of contact with customers and establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Meet assigned sales quota and expectations for profitability for assigned accounts, independently or in partnership with the Sales team.
- Work with and through the company SAM program leadership, field operations, customer service, finance, accounting, and sales teams to deliver service and growth.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process with each assigned customer.
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs and related performance data on an ongoing basis, and communicate trends, opportunities, and progress.
- Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel
- Strategic guidance in planning and executing environmental services operations to ensure a consistently high cleanliness and infection control standard.
- Implement and monitors appropriate quality control program to ensure adherence to cleaning standards.
- Develop and implement protocols and procedures for environmental services in accordance with OSHA regulations and industry best practices.
- 5+ years of Strategic Healthcare account management, sales, operations, or relations field experience
- Certified Healthcare Environmental Services Professional (CHESP) is preferred.
- Familiarity with environment services operations.
- Ability to implement and monitor appropriate quality control program to ensure adherence to cleaning standards.
- Ability to be full compliant with Joint Commissions standards and other local, state, and federal agencies.
