Key Deliverables and Responsibility:
- Manages new and ongoing strategic FP&A projects.
- Conducts financial analysis, compiling information from multiple internal and external data-sets.
- Conducts, analyzes, and reports on competitor data for all business segments.
- Coordinates meetings with departmental leaders and IT to ensure correct data-sets are used.
- Builds Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards for internal use.
- Prepares reports with data and insights to management and executive leadership.
- Escalates concerns, opportunities, and unique analytical discoveries to management.
- Supports affiliate businesses with special research projects.
- Manages and independently prioritizes all incoming research requests.
- Maintains the organization and records retention of all research data.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- 3 years experience in an FP&A focused position or research-based role.
- 1 year experience working with business intelligence systems. Experience may be gained concurrently.
