Essential Responsibilities:
- Supervise the assembly and installation of turbines (Kaplan and Francis) in large hydroelectric plants and small hydroelectric plants, ensuring compliance with deadlines, contractual standards and quality standards;
- Collaborate with site and construction managers in sequential activity planning, ensuring the availability of labor, tools and necessary resources;
- Monitor the competence and performance of third parties, ensuring that execution strictly follows procedures, technical specifications and quality guidelines;
- Ensure that all activities are carried out in compliance with the company's safety standards and local regulations, safeguarding the integrity of the team and equipment;
- Maintain updated control of drawings and technical documents, issuing non-conformity reports (NCR) and articulating technical solutions with engineering teams;
- Conduct training for client teams on systems operation and provide continuous technical support during and after the assembly process;
- Promote process analysis and sharing of "lessons learned" with the engineering team to optimize future operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Complete Technical Education in mechanics, electrical, electrotechnical or related fields;
- Previous experience as supervisor of generator assembly in hydroelectric power plants;
- Intermediate English will be a differential;
- Intermediate Spanish;
- Availability for frequent international/domestic travel and relocation to project sites.
