    • FABU — a gamified mental wellness app that helps you track your mood, gain a deeper understanding of your emotional state, and improve it through simple daily practices and creative activities. It is available in Ukrainian and is free for Ukrainian users.

    • SUITSME — a game that lets you unleash your creativity and boost your positivity by creating stylish outfits for virtual models and participating in fashion challenges.

    What you’ll be doing:

    • Providing empathetic and prompt support to users, helping to resolve their requests and issues via chat and email.

    • Managing reviews on the App Store and Google Play, responding to them, and suggesting changes to help improve the app’s rating.

    • Analyzing and optimizing existing processes within the support team to improve service quality.

    • Logging and escalating bugs, as well as providing product improvement suggestions to the relevant teams (technical and product teams).

    • Keeping the external knowledge base up-to-date so users can quickly find answers to their questions.

    This is a perfect fit if:

    • You have at least 2 years of experience in customer support and know how it works.

    • You are skilled at handling tickets and emails.

    • You have an Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.

    • You can analyze complex situations, identify the root causes of problems, and quickly propose effective solutions.

    • Knowledge of SQL is a plus for query analysis.

    • You’re open to new things, eager to learn, and committed to continuously improving your skills.
