Dynamo Technologies, LLC is seeking a System Document Specialist to provide technical and functional support services to support the Financial Management Services (FMS) staff in the operations and maintenance of its core accounting system, Financial Management Modernization Initiative (FMMI) System, the FS Incident Business System (IBS) and the Forest Products Financial System (FPFS).

**This role is contingent upon proposal award and slated to begin in approximately June of 2024**.

Duties/ Responsibilities

  • Create, manage and maintain all Documentation, Policy, Procedures and Training activities which include, but are not limited to, updates to the System Development Life Cycle Guide, Systems Interface Guides, Security Guides and Procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures and Desk Guides.
  • Able to develop, prepare and maintain functional, configuration and system documentation for computer software.
  • Produce user documentation, documents enhancements or changes to a product or process using a standardized style and structure.
  • Researches, reviews and collects all related technical information to be reflected in the documentation.
  • Able to use a variety of editing, content management, screen capture and other documentation tools.
  • Develop and/or update training course curriculum, training mediums, and related materials.
  • Provide detailed training and create training materials for implementing interfaces feeders.
  • Prepare training materials for new implementations or enhancements related to FS candidate systems as needed or required.
  • Conduct training for FS systems as needed or required.

  • U.S Citizenship required

Education and Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience
  • Bachelor's Degree

Salary:

  • $50k-70k. The salary range offered is an estimate made in good faith, intended to encompass various experience levels.
