Job Description

We are seeking an Senior Research Analyst - Systematic Literature Reviews (SLRs) to serve as a critical member of project teams by providing analytical insight, leadership and creativity to billable client engagements, business development efforts and internal initiatives.

This role is primarily focused in these high growth areas of the consulting business:

  • Contribute to the design, quality and execution of systematic literature reviews (SLRs), new SLR proposals and pitch presentations.

  • Produce high-quality client deliverables conforming to the project requirements (quality and timelines), and internal processes and styles.

  • Demonstrate a proactive and efficient approach in the planning and organization of project tasks.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

  • 5+ years working experience in Systematic Review with an excellent understanding of the SLR process.

  • An understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and drug development

  • A bachelor’s degree in life sciences

It would be great if you also have:

  • Experience with SLR publications

  • Knowledge of health care economics and market access

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Undertake systematic literature review projects (protocol, screening, data extraction, quality control, qualitative and quantitative evidence synthesis, report dissemination).
  • Contribute towards meta-analyses, feasibility assessment, and NMA processes.
  • Undertake bespoke research and data collection as required.
  • Contribute to the intellectual design, planning, and organization of projects.
  • Produce high-quality deliverables which conform to house style, screening, and extraction targets and processes.
  • Meet project deadlines.
  • Communicate with appropriate project lead in a transparent and reliable manner (e.g. courtesy copy (cc) on all client correspondence).
  • Engage in telephone, email, and in-person liaison with co-authors, colleagues, and clients.
  • Timely delivery of project objectives, including document drafts
  • Effectively balancing multiple projects.
  • Mentor, support and review the work of junior analysts.

Clarivate’s Life Sciences & Healthcare consultancy does $70M in consulting revenue annually and has 300+ consultants across Europe, the US and Asia. We have 3 main practice areas this role will be working within the

Market Access, HEOR & New Product Planning practice – helping clients define and execute market access and global pricing strategy, Clinical Outcome Assessments, Health Economic Modelling, Systematic Literature Reviews, Health Policy Analysis, Product Launch and New Product Planning

Hours of Work

This is a full-time permanent position and can be based in London, UK- Hybrid or Remote UK.

This position requires weekday (Monday - Friday) attendance with some scheduling flexibility available around core working hours.
