We're looking for a responsible and communicative Recruiting Team Coordinator to assist in managing the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize our ATS and other tools to monitor and update vacancy information;
  • Ensure candidates progress through stages and receive timely updates in line with SLAs;
  • Open new job openings and post them
  • Coordinate interview scheduling;
  • Provide comprehensive and timely feedback to candidates;
  • Generate reports on recruitment activities and outcomes;
  • Gather and provide timely and profound feedback to the candidates;
  • Keep in touch with candidates who could be a potential match for any future positions;
  • Prepare reports on work done and recruitment results;

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 1+ years of experience in a coordinator or assistant role within a recruitment department;
  • Previous experience doing basic reporting;
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal;
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.
