Duties & Responsibilities
- Actively source and screen candidates through job boards, social media, and resume databases to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth communication.
- Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate qualifications and fit.
- Manage employee referral submissions and ensure proper follow-up.
- Research and explore new job boards and posting platforms to attract top talent.
- Post and maintain job ads, ensuring accurate descriptions and visibility.
- Partner with leadership to stay informed about the latest recruiting trends and tools.
- Assist with onboarding tasks, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
- Keep candidate and new hire tracking up-to-date and accurate.
- Support the onboarding department with tasks as needed.
- Monitor and manage requisition and offer letter requests.
- Update and maintain recruiting-related trackers for new hires, requisitions, and referrals.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements
About You
Experience & Qualifications
- High school diploma required. Associate's degree preferred
- 1 year experience in a recruiting or general administrative support role (Assistant, Coordinator, etc.)
- Understanding/knowledge of Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis or similar background preferred but not required
- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft and project management software
- Knowledge of applicant tracking software strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident in the ability to communicate and collaborate with various levels of professionals both internal and external to the organization
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities
- Flexible and proactive, able to handle shifting priorities
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage high-volume tasks
- Collaborative and able to work effectively with all levels of the organization
- Quick to learn new processes and technologies
- Interested in a long-term career in Recruiting or HR

- Occasional walking to, bending to enter, sitting and using upper and lower limbs to drive car.
