We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and manage recruitment teams across the company. This role is responsible for overseeing daily recruiting operations, improving hiring processes, supporting recruiters, and making sure open positions are filled on time with qualified candidates. The ideal candidate has strong management experience, excellent English communication skills, and proven experience working with international recruitment teams. Experience with ATS platforms, especially Pinpoint, is a strong plus.
Work schedule: Monday - Friday from 15:00 till 23:00Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and support recruitment teams across different locations and time zones
Oversee the full recruitment process from job opening to offer acceptance
Assign roles to recruiters, monitor progress, and make sure hiring goals are met
Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
Review recruitment pipelines and help recruiters move candidates through the process efficiently
Improve recruiting workflows, communication, reporting, and team performance
Track hiring progress, open positions, time-to-fill, and recruiter productivity
Train, coach, and support recruiters to improve results and candidate quality
Ensure clear and professional communication with candidates, recruiters, and internal managers
Support international hiring needs and coordinate recruitment activity across multiple markets
Maintain accurate information in the ATS and ensure proper use of recruitment tools
Help build strong sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and high-priority roles Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing
Experience managing recruiters or recruitment teams
Experience working with international teams is required
Strong leadership, people management, and team coordination skills
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment
Ability to manage multiple priorities and open roles at the same time
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience working with ATS systems
Experience with Pinpoint ATS is a strong plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines Preferred Qualifications
