We are extremely excited to be adding to our Talent Acquisition team! The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Jacuzzi Group plays a vital role in bringing in top talent for our North America organizations. You will take charge of the entire recruitment process, from identifying and attracting potential candidates to conducting in-depth interviews. Your expertise in selecting and hiring qualified individuals will be key in filling a range of positions across our company. To make sure we find the perfect candidates efficiently, you'll work closely with our hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team. Together, we'll ensure a seamless and streamlined recruitment process that delivers exceptional results.

Responsibilities of Talent Acquisition Specialist:

  • Full cycle, high volume, recruiting for a variety of skillsets including executive level.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent
  • Responsible for internal and external job postings based on hiring criteria as well as direct sourcing.
  • Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct phone and virtual interviews
  • Present qualified applicants to hiring managers
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates
  • Coached managers on effective interviewing and selection techniques
  • Manage the offer process and assist in negotiating with candidates
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Stay up-to-date with recruiting trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Ability to consistently meet Key Performance Metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in related field highly preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in-house manufacturing or corporate recruiting.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates in a variety of skillsets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • High level of creativity, self-motivation and independent thinking.
  • Must be able to work with a high level of confidentiality
  • $85,000+ depending on experience
