Compensation Range: $79,000-$100,000

Job Purpose
We are seeking a skilled, curious, and data-savvy Talent Insights Analyst to join our dynamic Talent team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a passion for leveraging data to drive talent strategy, program design and decision-making. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting talent-related data to provide actionable insights that support talent development, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and overall organizational effectiveness.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to recruitment, employee performance and development, turnover, and engagement.
- Develop and deliver dashboards and visualizations to provide insights into talent metrics and trends and facilitate real-time decision-making.
- Identify patterns and trends in data that can inform strategic decision-making and improve talent management practices.
Strategic Insights:
- Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance talent acquisition strategies, employee development programs, and retention initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of talent pipelines and workforce needs to support long-term strategic planning.
- Assess the effectiveness of talent programs and initiatives, and propose improvements based on data-driven findings.
Collaboration:
- Partner with HR business partners and Talent & DEI Leaders to understand their talent-related needs and provide data-driven solutions.
- Support cross-functional teams in interpreting talent data and implementing insights into their respective areas.
Data Management:
- Partner with Talent and HRIS teams to educate on importance of maintaining talent-related data systems and databases to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Support system selection and implementation by evaluating potential data management tools and platforms and assisting in the integration of new systems.
- Design and optimize processes to ensure that systems and programs are developed with the intent to measure their impact effectively.
- Audit data regularly to identify and rectify discrepancies, ensuring the integrity and reliability of talent-related information.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal data management policies.
Compliance, Continuous Improvement and Best Practices:
- Ensure all talent insight practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance data collection methods, analytical processes, and reporting tools.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in talent analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification in HR analytics is a plus.
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within HR.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and draw actionable conclusions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
- Understanding of HR and talent management processes and their impact on organizational success.
- Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders and teams.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and evolving business needs.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data management platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to identify and address data quality issues.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
TRAVEL REQUIRED: Up to 25%.
