TALENT SOURCER

Move is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer with experience in deploying candidate attraction and engagement strategies to find skills-scarce GTM candidates/prospects across the US & UK. You'll dive deep into the intricacies of the GTM talent landscape, identifying the best and the brightest candidates to support our client's talent objectives by deploying innovative and compelling candidate sourcing strategies while also maintaining strong delivery-oriented relationships with candidates and partners alike

SALARY: R20k - R30k (per month - pro rata)
DURATION: up to 6 Months FTC
LOCATION: Fully Remote (CPT)
HOURS: 40 hours per week - aligned to GMT/EU Timezones

🧑‍💻 WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING?

• Proactively source and build best-in-class, targeted talent pools using relevant (most current) platforms and cutting-edge tools.
• Collaborate with Talent Partners & Hiring Managers to understand their specific needs job requirements and objective criteria for sourcing.
• Engage and nurture relationships with prospective candidates, ensuring full alignment with the client's requirements, vision and culture.
• Provide insights on the talent landscape, sharing knowledge on local and international recruitment trends.
• Building scalable and cross-functional sourcing processes increasing sourcing performance
• Continuously learn, develop, and grow yourself and others
  

🧰 WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• 2 years+ of proven experience in technical talent sourcing, particularly within the SaaS & Tech Industry.
• Familiarity with tools and platforms used in modern sourcing strategies.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage potential candidates effectively.
• Ability to work remotely and maintain strong collaboration with a global team.
• Motivation by creating world-class candidate experiences.
• Ability to gather organisational insights and communicate feedback effectively to our internal teams
