CS is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Seoul Office
Talent Strategy Consulting Analyst

This position is responsible for ensuring effective and timely delivery of client engagements by supporting project manager and team.
Takes initiatives and contributes to high-quality deliverables under instruction, but with minimal supervision.

We will count on you to:
Engage in project in line with moderate guidance from the project manager/leader
Proactively use knowledge, skills, network; interpret data to bring out meaningful findings and recommendations
Structure and develop proposals and reports to offer value to clients
Contribute to development of new client opportunities
Expand expertise in various HR domains (Talent Management, Performance Management, Rewards, DE&I, People Analytics, People Engagement, etc.)
What you need to have:
Relevant BA/BS degree
0~2 years of experience in consulting business or HR (experience in dealing with clients or working in teams by projects preferred)
What makes you stand out?
Experience and proficient level of knowledge in Talent Strategy areas
Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Power point, Excel, Word)
