Talent Strategy Consulting Analyst

We will count on you to:

  • Engage in project in line with moderate guidance from the project manager/leader

  • Proactively use knowledge, skills, network; interpret data to bring out meaningful findings and recommendations

  • Structure and develop proposals and reports to offer value to clients

  • Contribute to development of new client opportunities

  • Expand expertise in various HR domains (Talent Management, Performance Management, Rewards, DE&I, People Analytics, People Engagement, etc.)

What you need to have:

  • Relevant BA/BS degree

  • 0~2 years of experience in consulting business or HR (experience in dealing with clients or working in teams by projects preferred)

  • Experience and proficient level of knowledge in Talent Strategy areas

  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Power point, Excel, Word)
